According to Jim Marshall’s Jo Stafford Discography, this disc was issued in October 1953. However, it is mentioned in the ‘New Folk Music Releases’ section of a Columbia advertisement in the September 26, 1953 issue of Billboard magazine. That’s why I think it must have been issued in September 1953.
