NOTES

This album is marked ‘Simulated Stereo’ – which means that an artificial stereo effect was added to the original recordings which Decca (the owner of the Vocalion label) acquired from Columbia Records in 1968.
According to Both Sides Now Publications’ Vocalion Album Discography  and Rateyourmusic.com, this album was issued in 1970. Judging from its catalog number, this seems correct (although I haven’t seen the album mentioned in 1970 issues of Billboard or Cash Box magazine).
