NOTES

According to the Discography for CD B in the JSP CD Box ‘Jo Stafford – 108 Classic Sides from a great American hitmaker’, ‘I’ll Be Seeing You’ was ‘recorded at rehearsals for Johnny Mercer’s Music Shop’. Actually, the name of this radio program was ‘The Chesterfield Music Shop’. ‘Johnny Mercer’s Music Shop’ was the name of the program when it was rebroadcast by the American Forces Radio Service (source: www.radiogoldindex.com).

‘Someone To Love’ was commercially issued on Capitol 158 (issued May 1944).
(A personal note from me: ‘Someone To Love’ is such a great work of art and Ms Stafford sounds so lovely and adorable performing this song - it is beyond me why it was not included in one of the many Jo Stafford compilation CD’s and CD Boxes… J.B.)
