We all know this track from the album ‘Jo Stafford Sings American Folk Songs’, but this album was issued in April 1948, almost a year before ‘I Wonder As I Wander’ was recorded. The song - initially issued on single - was added to the album’s tracklist when it was re-issued as a 33 rpm LP in 1950.
