NOTES
According to a Columbia Album Discography, this record was issued on August 9, 1954. I believe this is correct, because I saw Columbia CL-578 mentioned in record store advertisements published in newspapers in September 1954. The first one appeared in the September 13 issue of the Chicago Tribune.
Columbia CL-578 was re-issued in 1955 with a new cover design (see image below; the album pictured on the right hand side is the 1955 version). Both versions of the album had exactly the same track list, though.
