NOTES
According to Jim Marshall’s Jo Stafford Discography, this album was issued in March 1966. However, it is mentioned in the ‘New Release Inventory Checklist’ in the January 15, 1966 issue of Billboard magazine.
An article in Billboard’s October 23, 1965 issue makes clear that ‘Three – Four, Open The Door’ was originally meant to be the title track. Under the heading ‘Jo Stafford’s Dot LP Out In January’, the magazine writes: ‘Songstress Jo Stafford’s debut Dot album, “Three-Four-Open the Door,” will be released in January with arrangements and orchestra conducted by her husband, Paul Weston.’
